Mr. Mark Morrison is the Director for Industrial Base and Infrastructure Planning, G3/4, Headquarters, U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC). He is responsible for infrastructure planning, energy stewardship, environmental stewardship, industrial base policy and assessments, including partnerships with industry, and surety oversight. Additionally acts as the principal advisor to the AMC Commander and reports to the AMC EDCG on business transformation initiatives.

Synchronization of supply chains and services across the DoD has led to significant reduced expenditures as well as efficiencies for each service. This type of operational collaboration has been impactful in an era of doing more with less. In this panel discussion, successfully efforts of collaboration will be examines along with opportunities for additional alignment in the way the DoD evaluates need for an acquisition.
