Mr. Mark Morrison is the Director for Industrial Base and Infrastructure Planning, G3/4, Headquarters, U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC).  He is responsible for infrastructure planning, energy stewardship, environmental stewardship, industrial base policy and assessments, including partnerships with industry, and surety oversight.  Additionally acts as the principal advisor to the AMC Commander and reports to the AMC EDCG on business transformation initiatives.

Lieutenant General Gustave F. Perna assumed duties as the U.S. Army's Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, on 18 September 2014. He oversees policies and procedures used by 270,000 Army logisticians throughout the world. Prior to joining the Army staff he served for two years as Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/4, U.S. Army Materiel Command, one of the Army’s largest commands with 70,000 employees impacting all 50 states and 155 countries.

LTG Perna's other command assignments include: Commander, Joint Munitions Command and Joint Munitions and Lethality Lifecycle Management Command, responsible for the lifecycle management of $40 billion of conventional ammunition; Commander, Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Defense Logistics Agency, responsible for the procurement of more than $14.5 billion worth of food, clothing, textiles, medicines, medical supplies, construction and equipment items for America's Warfighters and other customers worldwide; Commander, 4th Sustainment Brigade, where he deployed the brigade to combat operations during OIF 05-07; Commander, 64th Forward Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado, where he deployed the battalion to combat operations during OIF I; Deputy Commanding Officer, 64th Corps Support Group, 13th Corps Support Command, Fort Hood, Texas; and Commander, B Company, 143rd Ordnance Battalion, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

LTG Perna’s key staff assignments include: Director of Logistics, J4, U.S. Forces-Iraq, responsible for sustainment plans and policies for strategic and operational logistics to sustain coalition and joint forces; Executive Officer to the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, supporting the Director's mission of providing Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and other federal agencies with logistics, acquisitions and technical services support; Ordnance Branch Chief, Human Resources Command; DISCOM Executive Officer and G4, 1st Cavalry Division, where he deployed to Bosnia; 544th Maintenance Battalion Support Operations Officer and Battalion Executive Officer, 13th COSCOM; and G4 Maintenance Officer, 13th COSCOM, where he deployed to Somalia as a member of Joint Task Force Support Command.

He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Graduating as a Distinguished Military Graduate, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, Infantry Officer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology. His military education includes: Infantry Officer Basic Course, Ordnance Officer Advance Course, Logistics Executive Development Course, Support Operations Course, Command and General Staff College and Senior Service College.

His awards and decorations include: Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Superior Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Parachutist and Air Assault Badges.

LTG Perna is married to the former Susan L. Pollack. They have two sons, Cody (married to Ashley) and Ryan; and
two granddaughters, Adryiana and Priscilla.

Lieutenant General John Cooper

Lt. Gen. John B. Cooper is Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. General Cooper is responsible to the Chief of Staff for leadership, management and integration of Air Force logistics readiness; aircraft, munitions, and missile maintenance; civil engineering; and security forces, as well as setting policy and preparing budget estimates that reflect enhancements to productivity, combat readiness and quality of life for Air Force people.

General Cooper entered the Air Force in 1983 and received his commission through the ROTC program at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He is a career logistician who has commanded two maintenance squadrons, one maintenance group and one maintenance wing. General Cooper has also held a variety of staff leadership positions, and has been the Director of Logistics for three separate Major Commands and for Headquarters USAF. Prior to this assignment, the General was the Director of Logistics, Headquarters Air Combat Command.
Rear Admiral Vincent Griffith

Rear Adm. Vincent L Griffith graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Berry College in 1981. He was commissioned in 1982 through Officer Candidate School as an ensign in the Navy Supply Corps. He received a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University, and completed Emory University's Goizueta Graduate School of Management's Advanced Executive Business Program and the Navy Corporate Business Course at University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Commander Naval Supply Systems Command Global Logistics Support, where he was responsible for providing an extensive array of integrated global logistics and contracting services to Navy and joint operational units. Other Flag assignments have been as commander, DLA Aviation, and director, Fleet Ordnance and Supply and fleet supply officer, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Virginia.

Griffith has served in several sea tours, including a submarine, USS Stonewall Jackson (SSBN 634), and two aircraft carriers, the USS Saratoga (CV 60) and USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).

His shore tours include the Naval Supply Center, Charleston, South Carolina; Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Washington, D.C.; Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; the Chief of Naval Operations Staff; Naval Air Station Lemoore, California; Naval Air Forces U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, California; and Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida.

Griffith became the director of DLA Logistics Operations (J3) in June 2014. DLA Logistics Operations is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management of DLA’s nine supply chains, providing logistics and material process management policy, guidance, oversight and monitoring of supply chain performance. DLA Logistics Operations oversees the daily operation of DLA’s field activities in supporting 2,400 weapon systems and engages customers around the world to maximize readiness and logistics combat power by leveraging enterprise solutions.

His personal awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, three Legions of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three Meritorious Service Medals, five Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and Expert Rifle and Pistol Medal. He has earned warfare qualifications as a Submarine Supply Corps officer, Surface Warfare Supply Corps officer and Aviation Supply officer. He is also a member of the Navy Acquisition Professional community. 
Major General Elizabeth Austin

Major General Elizabeth D. Austin assumed duties as the Assistant Deputy Commanding General, Army National Guard, Army Material Command on 6 October 2014. In this capacity, she is the Senior Army National Guard officer assigned to Army Material Command and principle advisor to the Commanding General and Deputy Commanding General on all matters impacting the Army National Guard. She is the liaison to the Chief, National Guard Bureau and Director of the Army National Guard for all Army Material Command issues that impact the Army National Guard.

General Austin was commissioned in 1980 through the Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia. Her previous military assignments include Maintenance Company, Brigade Support Battalion, and Sustainment Brigade Command, as well as various staff positions at all levels. General Austin's most recent assignments include Third Army G4, United States Army Central Command and Assistant Adjutant General - Army, North Carolina National Guard.
Rear Admiral Bruce Baffer

Rear Admiral Baffer currently serves as the U.S. Coast Guard’s Assistant Commandant for Engineering and Logistics (CG-4) and Chief Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for all naval, aeronautical, civil and industrial engineering and logistics for the service’s 23,000 facilities, 230 ships, 1,800 boats and 200 aircraft.

He previously served as the Coast Guard’s Assistant Commandant for Acquisition and Chief Acquisition Officer (CAO), where he directed efforts across all Coast Guard Acquisition programs, acquisition support, personnel, finance, contracting, and research and development activities to execute the service’s acquisition portfolio.

Prior to that, he was Program Executive Officer (PEO), where he oversaw the execution of all Coast Guard acquisition programs and projects, which provides for the modernization and recapitalization of surface, air, command and control, and logistics assets.

Rear Admiral Baffer has served in a variety of engineering, acquisition and operational tours, including Engineer Officer of Cutter THETIS, Executive Officer of Coast Guard Cutter JARVIS, Commanding Officer of Cutters THETIS and CHASE and as prospective Commanding Officer of the third National Security Cutter, STRATTON.

A native of Newport News, Va., Rear Admiral Baffer graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1984. He holds a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, a Master of Science degree in the management of technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the Marine Corps War College. He is a licensed professional engineer and a certified level III acquisition professional.
Major General Casey Blake

Maj. Gen. Casey D. Blake is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Contracting, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Washington, D.C. He is responsible for all aspects of contracting relating to the acquisition of weapon systems, logistics, operational, and contingency support for the Air Force. 

Prior to this assignment, he served as the Commander, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

General Blake entered the Air Force in 1984 through the ROTC program at The Citadel, Charleston, S.C. He has served as an information management officer; Air Force mission director on a NATO fighter wing; warranted procuring contracting officer for major defense acquisition programs; and contracts chief at both an air logistics center and product center. He commanded a contracting squadron at the base and major command specialized levels; served as both a deputy mission support group commander and Defense Contract Management Agency commander; has deployed as a contingency contracting officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and served as the Senior Contracting Official-Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.

General Blake has also served in several assignments as an acquisition contracting staff officer at a major command headquarters. He is a joint qualified officer having served at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. During that time, he deployed to Iraq for two months in support of the Joint Forces Command Enabling Force Study.
Brigadier General Timothy Frye

Brigadier General Timothy L. Frye serves as Assistant Adjutant General - Air, West Virginia National Guard where he is responsible for the 130th Airlift Wing, Charleston, and 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg. He advises The Adjutant General on policy and management issues affecting the West Virginia Air National Guard. General Frye monitors the readiness of both wings and provides command guidance and joint, interagency coordination to facilitate communication and response to federal and state taskings.

Brig Gen Frye additionally serves in a dualhatted position as the Director of Logistics and Engineering (J4), National Guard Bureau. In this capacity, he serves as the principle advisor to the Chief, National Guard Bureau and Vice Chief, National Guard Bureau for all logistical and engineering matters to include supply, maintenance, transportation, acquisition logistics, installation/facility, environmental issues, Emergency Management Assistance Compacts and the domestic mobilization of Army and Air National Guard personnel. Brig Gen Frye reviews the strategic Whole of Government/Inter-agency logistics capabilities as they relate to the National Guard's domestic operations. He executes the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear enterprise sustainment of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Systems program of records and equips, sustains and manages the life cycle of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear enterprise. Additionally, Brig Gen Frye operates the Consequence Management Support Center to acquire, distribute, modify, and repair equipment for National Guard domestic missions. He supports the National Guard Coordination Center during National Special Security Events and domestic emergency response operations.

General Frye received his commission in 1980 from the United States Air Force Academy. He has completed several assignments as a C-130 pilot in the airlift community. He completed multiple combat deployments, culminating in 2003 as Vice Commander, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, United States Central Command Area of Responsibility. General Frye gained significant joint experience on assignment in Christchurch, New Zealand where he served as Operations Officer and Deputy Commander of Operation Deep Freeze, a joint mission supporting the United States Antarctic Program. During his tenure, he oversaw Air National Guard, United States Air Force, United States Navy, and United States Coast Guard activities in Antarctica.
Mr. Bryan Wood

Mr. Bryan H. Wood is the Assistant Deputy Commandant of the Marine Corps for Installations & Logistics. Mr. Wood serves as the principal deputy and technical assistant to the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics, responsible for providing long-range continuity to the department's policy, direction and performance oversight for all installations and logistics functions at USMC bases and stations throughout the world and for the operating forces across the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mr. Wood was appointed to his current position in 2014 following 4 years as Director, Pacific Division (PP&O), HQMC, responsible for capabilities, force posture, infrastructure and budgeting to support Marine Corps force realignments in the Pacific including the proposed relocation of Marine forces from Okinawa to Guam, Australia and Hawaii. This followed 24 years as an attorney with the Department of the Navy's Office of the General Counsel (OGC). Initially appointed to the Senior Executive Service (SES) in December 2003 as the Deputy Counsel for the Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Wood’s latest legal position was as Counsel, Office of Naval Research (ONR). While serving as ONR Counsel in 2007, he was the first Navy OGC attorney to deploy to a combat zone in his civilian OGC capacity when he volunteered to serve as the special legal advisor to the Commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) in Djibouti, Africa.

Mr. Wood began his career with Navy OGC as Assistant Counsel at Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Charleston, SC in 1986. He has since served as Assistant Counsel for the Charleston Naval Shipyard and the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion & Repair, Charleston, SC; Counsel, Officer in Charge of Construction, Marianas and Navy Public Works Center, Guam; and Counsel, Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, VA. In January 1997, Mr. Wood was selected as the first civilian attorney to serve as the Executive Assistant and Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the Navy. Mr. Wood has also served as the Environmental Law Section Head and Senior Associate Counsel (Environment/ Safety), Naval Sea Systems Command and as the Deputy Assistant General Counsel of the Navy (Financial Management & Comptroller).

A Massachusetts native, Mr. Wood is a 1983 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Administration. In December of 1985, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport School of Law during which time he served with the Organized Crime Bureau and the Economic Crime Unit of the Connecticut Chief State's Attorney's Office.

Mr. Wood is a member of the bars of the State of Connecticut, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is the recipient of the Presidential Rank of Meritorious Executive award, four Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Awards, two Department of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Awards and the Joint Service Civilian Commendation medal.

Mr. Jeff Burbach

Jeffrey B. Burbach is currently the director, Directorate of Logistics, Headquarters, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Washington, D.C., supporting 34,000 USACE employees.

Burbach’s civil service began as a foreign military sales logistics management specialist for United States Army Security Assistance Command with Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Following this assignment, he was selected as the logistics plans officer for U.S. Army Materiel Command-Logistics Support Element-Europe, Heidelberg, Germany, and was subsequently promoted to chief, Plans Branch. Departing Europe, he was selected as the deputy director of logistics (Deputy J4), Directorate of Logistics, United States Southern Command, Miami, Fla. Following graduation from the National Defense University’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Burbach became the chief, Logistics Division, Northeast Region, Installation Management Agency at Fort Monroe, Va. Subsequently, Burbach was called up to serve as the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Director of Logistics/G4 and lead the significant DOL Transformation effort with AMC senior leaders. After much success, he was selected for the deputy director, National Capital Region, IMCOM and finished his tenure with the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, working within the services, and Infrastructure Core Enterprise before coming to the Corps of Engineers.

Concurrent with his Civil Service career, Burbach, spent 30 years on active and reserve status as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. His last position was serving as an Army Reserve legislative liaison for the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve located at Fort Belvoir, Va., where he earned the Army Staff Identification Badge. Burbach utilized his expertise in operations, logistics and installation management in supporting the USAR message within the legislative process and Congress. Burbach is a ROTC distinguished military graduate from Florida State University. He is a graduate from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, earning a master’s degree in national resource management, in addition to his master’s degree in logistics management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Burbach is Acquisition certified in Life Cycle Logistics and Facilities Engineering, author of “IMCOM – A Short Ten Year History,” and a former University of Maryland adjunct professor. Some of his individual awards include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Civilian Superior Service Award, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award, The Distinguished Order of St. Martin, and the Purple Heart.

William (Bill) Horne is currently a Logistics Manager with United States Coast Guard (USCG) where he is managing the acquisition logistics and life cycle support and sustainment planning for the USCG’s Polar Icebreaker Cutter Acquisition Program.
Bill has served more than 30 years in both Federal Government and Government Contractor positions and has been involved with developing logistics plans and products in support for numerous NAVAIR, NAVSEA and USCG programs.
He is a member of the community of Defense Acquisition Professionals and is certified Level III, Life Cycle Logistics. Additionally, Bill is certified Level III Life Cycle Logistics Manager as a Department of Homeland Security Certified Acquisition Professional.

Mr. Ward graduated in 1979 from William Paterson University, NJ with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and continued his graduate studies in Computer Science & Mathematics at Montclair State University, NJ. He holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and is currently enrolled in the Systems Engineering Graduate Program at Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ.

During the Vietnam Conflict, Mr. Ward served in the U.S. Air Force, assigned to the 354th Tactical Fighter Wing, Tactical Air Command (TAC) and supported Operations Constant Guard VI and Linebacker II from 1972 – 1973; his unit receiving numerous awards for meritorious service, including: the Presidential Unit Citation, USAF Outstanding Unit Citation, National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, RVN Vietnam Campaign Ribbon and many others.

Upon his return, and thru 2010, Mr. Ward has held professional positions as project coordinator, project manager and chief estimator for many high-profile commercial and academic projects; including Project Manager for NJIT’s Sponsored Research Department from 2006 – 2010 where he oversaw multiple 6.1 – 6.2 research initiatives for NASA, Office of Naval Research, U.S. Army and other Government Agencies.

Since rejoining the Department of Defense as a civilian in 2010, Mr. Ward has served as the Condition Based Maintenance – Plus (CBM+) Project Lead for the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Communications- Electronics Research Development & Engineering Center (CERDEC), Space & Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD); now located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

The ongoing objective of the CERDEC CBM+ Program Management Office is the development, maturation, verification and validation of the U.S. Army’s “To-Be” Common CBM+ Architecture (CCA); a fully-integrated model of the Army’s future CBM+ enabled Force Structure; compliant with guidelines established within the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF v2.02) and including the requisite communications pathways for transporting six (6) independently defined CBM+ related data categories in support of U.S. Army Maintenance, Logistics and Sustainment.

As the Policy Director for The Performance Management and Human Capital Management Divisions at The Performance Institute, Jon Desenberg is responsible for developing, structuring and implementing creative solutions for our client’s organizational and workforce planning needs. Jon has led engagements in strategic, succession, and human capital planning with both private and public organizations. His clients have included the US Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense, The US Navy and Army, The Forest Service, NASA, The Department of Commerce, The Department of Treasury, The National Institutes of Health and more than 70 other state, local and Federal organizations. Jon’s international clients include the Governments of China, Spain, Italy, and British Columbia. His recent work with the Federal intelligence community included several briefings to the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and working in an advisory capacity to the House Budget Committee.

Jon Desenberg brings more than 19 years of public sector experience to his current position with The Performance Institute, specifically in the fields of performance management, strategic planning, and knowledge management. As Managing Director, he successfully led the United States General Services Administration’s (GSA) Performance Management program, which ultimately resulted in aligned goals and measures cascading to all 13,000 employees.

Jon Desenberg began his career as a policy analyst and speech writer on Federal IT Issues. He contributed to the development of the Federal CIO Legislation and wrote for the Congressional Record and other publications on Federal technology policy. He was a Policy Analyst for GSA’s Knowledge Management Program and co-chaired the Federal CIO Council Committee on Knowledge Management. Jon Desenberg was awarded with several commendations for his Federal Service, including the Presidential Leadership Award in 2000.

Jon has authored articles in Washington Technology, Government Computer News, and the Washington Post. He is co-author of the textbook, Knowledge Management: A Foundation for E-Government.

He received a B.A. from The University of Michigan and a J.D from American University’s Washington College of Law.

As the leader of Rockwell Collins' Service Solutions business development global team, Bob Haag is responsible for all sales management and advance business planning associated with this business.  His team has world wide accountability for our Service Solutions efforts and covers our global customer base with team members in our Americas, Asia Pacific and European regions.  Prior to this role, Haag was Vice President and General Manager of Rockwell Collins' Communication & Navigation Products business unit since May, 2011 where he was responsible for the military communication business including Software Defined Radios, Data Link Solutions, satellite communication products and all government navigation business.

Since joining Rockwell Collins in 2006, Haag has served in various management roles. As Vice President and General Manager of Government Systems' Precision Strike and Navigation Products, he had full responsibility for profit and loss, customer relationship management, program execution and new business pursuits.  As senior director of Soldier Solutions for Government Systems Surface Solutions, he was responsible for products and systems used and worn by soldiers to enhance communications and situation awareness.

Haag earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree from Iowa State University.  He is a member of the Association of the United States Army, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Institute for Navigation.  He also serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cedar Rapids.

Captain Schofield, a native of Lancaster, PA., graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1991, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He also holds Master of Science degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Captain Schofield received a DHS Program Manger Level III Certification in November 2009. Captain Schofield, a permanent Cutterman, served four sea tours including: Student Engineer aboard USCGC RELIANCE (WMEC 615); Engineer Officer aboard USCGC LEGARE (WMEC 912); Executive Officer aboard USCGC ESCANABA (WMEC 907); and Commanding Officer aboard USCG THETIS (WMEC 910). Captain Schofield’s tours ashore include: Port Engineer and Executive Officer at Naval Engineering Support Unit Boston; Offshore Patrol Cutter Program Manager’s Representative and Executive Officer at Project Resident Office Pascagoula; and most recently as the Offshore Patrol Cutter Project Manager in Washington, DC. As a project manager, he was responsible to contract the design of the largest acquisition in Coast Guard history. Captain Schofield’s military awards include two Meritorious Service Medals, three Coast Guard Commendation Medals, and several unit awards. Captain Schofield is married to the former Christine Kowack of North Stonington, CT. He has two wonderful children, Colman (11) and Conrad (9).

Colonel (USAF ret) Louis “Lou” Neeley currently serves as the Director of the Office of Supply Chain Management, Office of General Supplies and Services, Federal Acquisition Service, General Services Administration (GSA).  Prior to this position, Lou was the Acting Director for the Office of Supply Operations and Director of the Center for Transportation and Readiness in GSA; a position he held since coming to GSA from DLA in May 2008.  Lou retired from active duty in 2006 where Colonel Neeley’s final active duty assignment saw him as Executive Secretary for the Supply and Storage Joint Cross Service Group (S&S JCSG), 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Committee.  Lou held a tremendous number and types of assignments while on active duty.  As an enlisted man he served a tour at Shu Lin Kou Air Station in Taipei, Taiwan and Clark Air Base, Republic of the Philippines as a Radio Communications Analysis Specialist.  Being picked up for the Air Force’s commissioning program at the Air Force Officers Training School at Lackland Air Force Base, TX where he finished as a distinguished graduate, the newly pinned Second Lieutenant Neeley attended the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Officers Course at Chanute Air Force Base, Illinois.  Lou’s officer assignments covered flight line operations at Loring AFB, Maine and Andersen AFB, Guam and staff duty at 15th Air Force HQ, March AFB, California.  He has been Deputy Branch Chief, Propulsion Quality Branch, and Deputy Branch Chief, Production Engineering Branch, Propulsion Directorate, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and an in-resident student at the Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama.  After graduating Lou served as Senior Aircraft Maintenance Officer, 99th Air Refueling Squadron, Robins AFB, Georgia, Commander, 380th Logistics Support Squadron, Plattsburgh AFB, New York, and Commander, 380th Supply Squadron, Plattsburgh AFB, New York.  After completion of these tours of duty, Lou was assigned to HQ USAF at the Pentagon as Chief of the Engine Section in the Logistics Directorate.  From there he attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) at Fort Leslie J. McNair, Washington, DC.  After graduation, Lou was assigned to Headquarters Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) where he initially served as Chief, Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment (DII COE), Chief Global Combat Support System (GCSS), and then Deputy Program Manager, Business Systems Modernization (BSM), Information Systems and Technology Directorate.  Lou left DLA for a tour as Commander of the Defense Distribution Depot, Warner Robins, Georgia, Robins AFB, Georgia and then returned to HQ DLA where he was assigned as Chief, Distribution Management Division, Directorate of Logistics Operations.  While assigned, Lou was selected to lead the DOD S&S JCSG as its Executive Secretary, reporting directly to the Chairman.  Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science Degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University.    Lou also attended the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Class for Executive Leadership.  He has been awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal with five oak leaf clusters, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the Air Force Achievement medal and numerous other medals, ribbons and devices.

Dr. Daniel C. Parker assumed leadership as the Product Director (PD) of the Army’s Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Hub on July 11, 2012.  As the Product Director, Dr. Parker reports to the Project Manager for AESIP, for the PEO EIS where he is responsible for integrating Army business processes by providing a single source for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enterprise hub services, centralized master data management and business intelligence and analytics.

Dr. Parker was one of the principal Architects responsible for the integration and implementation of the Army Enterprise ERP Solutions (AESIP, GFEBS, LMP, and GCSS-Army, AESIP). He has provided business, technical and analytical support to GCSS-Army (AESIP), an enterprise services oriented architecture utilizing SAP’s ECC, NetWeaver and Product Lifecycle Management suite.  Much of his focus on AESIP and the other ERP programs has been to define, maximize, and continuously improve customer value through business process reengineering, development and integration of supporting technology bridging decision support and operational supply chain management (finance, maintenance, supply, and transportation) functions across the Army Enterprise. 
 
Prior to his assignment at AESIP, Dr. Parker architected, re-engineered business processes, and lifecycle strategy development and planning for major programs (often in excess of $1B) for the Army. Dr. Parker was also a logistician in the U.S. Army for 14 years, during which he served in various capacities. Dr. Parker directed development and implementations of both strategic and operational plans for warehousing and transportation functions on a corporate-wide basis including 11 retail distribution centers, two Aviation distribution centers – with 450 personnel and an annual budget of $135 million (HHC 7th Corps Support Group). Dr. Parker managed an $18 Million retail supply and distribution operation and maintained accountable records for a $955 million account (Devil Troop Brigade, Ft. Polk, LA). Earlier in his career, Dr. Parker attended the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, where he led and flew experimental and engineering flight test programs for the U.S. Army rotary and fixed wing aircraft and aviation systems logging over 5,000 flying hours.  
 
Dr. Parker has received multiple commendations and awards, including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Air-Force Commendation Medal. He is a also a winner of the Vice-President's “Golden Hammer” Award for productivity and velocity enhancements and his name can be found in The Smithsonian for achievement in aviation.

Dr. Parker is an accomplish author who has been published in Field Manual 10-1 (1993); Quartermaster Magazine (1994); The Army Logistician (1995, 1996); “Battlefield Distribution” Final Concept Report (1994); Transportation Journal (1995); “Velocity Management Implementation Plan Final Report (1995); as well as the Final Report on "Changing the Army's Order and Ship Process" (1995).
 
Dr. Parker holds a PhD in Business Systems, a Master’s of Science in Business Administration and Logistics Management, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Traffic Management. Rear Admiral Verrastro assumed command of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) on March 1, 2015. NAVSUP WSS, a single virtual organization with two primary sites in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provides program and supply support for naval aircraft, ships and submarines worldwide. He previously served as the Director of Logistics Programs and Business Operations Division in the Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N41).
Rear Adm. Verrastro was raised in Saugerties, New York. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and was commissioned in May 1986 through the Officer Candidate School program. General McLeod entered the Air Force in 1986 after completing Officer Training School, Lackland AFB, Texas. Her previous academic achievement includes 20 Competitive Research Grants including 10 Australian Research Council (ARC) Grants worth over $11.5 million. Her first PhD student, Dr Wenny Rahayu, received the Best Thesis Award from the Australian Association of Computer Science, 4 recent PhD theses have received the Chancellor’s Best Thesis Award, and 4 PhD graduates’ were awarded ARC Post-docs. She has delivered 36 Keynote/Planary speeches largely at major IEEE Conferences and published many scientific work including 6 authored, 8 edited books, 15 book chapters, 90+ International journal papers and over 300 refereed conference papers with an H-Index of 30 (Google Scholar)  and has over 5000 citations of her work. Her initial fundamental education in Computer Science and Software Engineering has given her a unique strength in applied and multidisciplinary science, social science and emerging technologies research.
